Finders Key Purse ™ key chain purchases will not incur any shipping or handling costs. All other products will have associated shipping and handling charges based on weight.
Return Policy
Order items may be refunded so long as the return is made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Items being returned must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags and original packaging intact. Items must not be soiled or washed.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number along with the Original Order Number accompanying the Return.
Clearance items may NOT be returned.
Personalized items may NOT be returned unless there was an error/mistake made on our part.
Returns will not be accepted for Special Occasion/Holiday items (Easter, Christmas, Halloween, etc.) beginning two weeks before the Holiday/Special Occasion.
All original Shipping and Handling charges and return mailing charges are not refundable except when the return is made due to our error.
Refunds for online purchases will be made in the form of store credit or crediting the original credit card used to make the purchase. A different credit card will not be credited. A refund for any credit card transaction will only be made by crediting your credit card or in the form of store credit. A Cash refund can only be made when the return and refund is made in person and cash or check was used for the original purchase; the refund will be in the form of cash or store credit only. Refunds for returns purchased by check will not be refunded until the original check has been cleared through the bank (Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service charge).
Your refund will only be made after the returned product is received and inspected, you will then receive an email confirmation of the return and credit. Allow up to 6 weeks for the return to be credited to your credit card.

Steps for making a Return
Fill out the Return Authorization Request Form to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#).

When you receive your RA# and any special instructions from us, pack the product securely and address the package as follows (ensure to include your RA# where indicated in the address):

Ship the package to us using the carrier of your choice (While insuring your package is not required we do recommend it. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to the package during transit. We must receive the item(s) in the original condition in order to credit your account). We will send you an email when we receive the package. We will begin processing your credit after the receipt of the package. Remember it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited to your credit card.
Exchanges
Finders Key Purse™ key chains that break or faulty in any way will be exchanged free of charge. The original key chain does not need to be sent back to receive your replacement. For replacement of discontinued key chains please select from our current stock for your preferred design so that we can send it to you. To obtain your replacement key chain, please send an email to susan@creativestitchery-gifts.com and include the following information:

The name and product number of the desired key chain replacement (only if the original key chain is no longer available)
In order to make an exchange of a product, please submit a Return Authorization Request. Make sure to select store credit as your method of refund. Follow the steps for Returning a product (please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping charges on the return and you will be charged shipping on the new item). When the item is received and store credit is issued to your account, you will receive an email noting that your account has been credited. Purchase the desired item as you would any other item. Please note that an exchange must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
